It is our good fortune to have a couple of good author friends, Chris Bird and Tyler Woods.  I highly recommend all of their books, (Chris) Surviving a Mass Killer Rampage, The Concealed Handgun Manuel, and Thank God I Had a Gun, (Tyler) 11TH Hour Preparedness, Days of Ragnarök, and Days of Ragnarök - Two Worlds Meet.

Chris Bird's Seventh Edition of The Concealed Handgun Manual contains more than 500 pages and is packed with advice and information for anyone who carries a concealed handgun for protection or is thinking of doing so.

The book includes many actual incidents of ordinary citizens using handguns to defend themselves against criminal threat or attack.

In his 400 page, Second Edition of Thank God I Had a Gun Chris Bird has True Accounts of Self-Defense, and revises and expands on his first edition with additional stories.

Surviving a Mass Killer Rampage

  • Why law-enforcement officers seldom stop active killer incidents
  • Why gun-free zones must be eliminated
  • How to cope with active killers if you are armed and if you’re not armed
  • How the movement to arm teachers began
  • How law-enforcement responses to mass killers has evolved

Tyler Woods', Days of RAGNARÖK - Two Worlds Meet.  With supplies dwindling and a newborn daughter to feed, Jason and Anna Connors leave temporary shelter in south Texas and travel north to find another home.  Their group survived a social meltdown following the end of American infrastructure.  Now they must confront the damage left in its wake.  Unsure what awaits them, they hope for better land to grow what they need to continue.

Tyler Woods', Days of RAGNARÖK.  Jason and Anna Connors, on a reverse Pacific sail from Hawaii to Seattle have no idea the US economy has defaulted. Unknowing, they sail for over a month while additional calamity rips the fabric of social controls and their world changes dramatically.

Tyler Woods', 11th Hour Preparedness - Second Edition is a no nonsense approach to planning for events that might not go the way we hope.
