Cancellation and Re-scheduling Policies
Notice of Cancellation or Rescheduling received by Staying Alive, Inc(1)
Additional fee required, prior to Re-scheduling(2)
14 days or more, prior to the class
All fees will be refunded. NONE
7 days or more, but less than 14 days prior to the class
Fees will be refunded, less a $30.00 processing fee. $20.00
24 hours or more, but less than 7 days prior to the class
Fees will be refunded, less a $60.00 processing fee. $40.00
Less than 24 hours prior to the class and "no-shows"
No fees will be refunded. All fees paid will be forfeited.
Class will not be re-scheduled.
(1)Notice must be received at email@example.com.
(2)Only after required re-scheduling fees are received will Staying Alive, Inc., make a reasonable effort to reschedule registrants in a regularly scheduled class of the registrant's choice.
NOTE: In the unlikely event that Staying Alive, Inc., cancels a class, registrants will be given their choice of re-scheduling in a future class or receiving a full refund of fees paid.
